Alexia
Talon was the love of her life, until he wasn’t. The man she married became a demon, leaving her broken and lost. When the reality of her home life becomes increasingly difficult to hide, she decides to leave her husband behind. That decision is made easier by Tatum, a 23-year-old blue-collar hunter who is hell bent on showing 32-year-old Alexia what she truly deserves. With Tatum by her side, she finds the strength to take back everything her ex took from her.
Tatum
Tatum never expected to fall for the beautiful Alexia at work. Not only is she married, but she’s almost 10 years older and he can’t help but set his sights on her. Against all odds, Tatum takes his shot, gluing back all the shattered pieces of her heart. She is his little sunflower, and he’ll show her what it truly means to be loved.
“Damn, Lexi, that is the hottest fucking shit. Super soaker, baby! Good thing we decided on the waterproof sheets.” -Tatum

This was such a difficult yet powerful story to read! Very well written and touches on a very hard subject of domestic violence. I love how it all came together in the end. Great read!

This book is so good I could not put it down!!! She is in abusive marriage, and her husband doesn't work he does nothing but drinks and parties. She works full time and sometimes overtime. She has to call in when he does something to her to help cover it up. She meets a guy at work who is cute and nice and seems like a good guy. He has this draw to her, and he doesn't know what it is, but he can't stop thinking about her and knows when something is wrong with her. If this intrigued your interest, read this book to find out what happens.

This was a spicy and definitely ended up turning dark with some of the events type of romance you definitely get a decent backstory especially on the MFC so that you understand why certain parts go down in the story like it does I think it was a good read but the romance spicy part does take a little bit to get to.
